Mark is the CEO and Founder of New England Marine Monitoring. At NEMM Mark leads teams that design, test and implement novel marine technology solutions. Previously, Mark ran technology programs at the Gulf of Maine Research Institute and worked as a Biologist at the North East Fisheries Science Center. Mark started his career with several years on the water as a fisheries observer.
